LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities conducted by STEP N DANCE Salsabor Tropical, you, for yourself, your heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue STEP N DANCA Salsabor Tropical, Inc, its owners, affiliates, instructors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any third-party locations or partners, including but not limited to Marion County Board of County Commisioners, Marion Oaks MSTU Recreation, 280/294 Marion Oaks Lane Ocala, Fl 34473, TOO YOUR HEALTH SPA, INC, (collectively, “the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any property belonging to you, while participating in any activity conducted by Step N Dance Salsabor Tropical, Inc. at any given third- party locations or partners, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Assumption of Risk – Injuries

You understand and acknowledge that dancing, including salsa dancing, involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. These risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, twists, fractures, and other physical injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, dance socials or any other activities conducted by Step N Dance Salsabor Tropical, Inc.
