At Step N Dance Salsabor Tropical, we love to capture the vibrant energy and joy of our dance community! We believe that showcasing our students and the fun we have helps us share the magic of dance with even more people.
By participating in classes, workshops, or events at Step N Dance Salsabor Tropical, or at any of our third-party locations or partner venues, you grant Step N Dance Salsabor Tropical Inc. and its authorized representatives permission to use photographs and videos taken during these activities. This includes, but is not limited to, images and recordings of you. This media may be used for a variety of promotional purposes, such as on our official website, social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok), marketing materials, advertisements, and other publications, both online and in print.
This permission is granted without further compensation, royalties, or prior notification to you.

Kids & Children (Under Age 18)
To protect the privacy of our younger dancers, we maintain a strict media policy regarding minors:
- Regular Classes & Workshops: We will not photograph or film children directly. We may, however, record video footage that features our instructors and includes children in the background, ensuring that children’s faces are not clearly visible or identifiable. This helps us capture the overall class atmosphere while protecting their privacy.
- Performances & Events: For any public showcases, performances, or special events, we will obtain a separate, specific written release agreement from a parent or legal guardian before a child is photographed or video-recorded.
