This Results, Testimonials, and Physical Activity Disclaimer governs your use of all digital and physical properties operated by Salsabor Tropical, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Step N Dance (collectively referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to SalsaborTropical.com, DanceClassesOnline.net, and Academy.danceclassesonline.net, as well as all in-person classes conducted at our various third-party rented facilities (such as community centers, spas, healthcare facilities, and educational complexes in Ocala, Marion Oaks, and Belleview).

1. DANCE TRANSFORMATION & PERFORMANCE RESULTS

Every effort has been made by the Company to accurately represent our dance programs, group classes, private lessons, and their creative potential.

Any claims made on our websites, social media pages, or promotional materials regarding actual dance transformations, rapid skill development, musical rhythm coordination, or social confidence leaps can vary dramatically by individual. Your personal success depends entirely on your unique background, class attendance, dedication, independent practice consistency, physical effort, and natural physical capabilities.

2. NO GUARANTEES OF TYPICAL RESULTS

The Company cannot and does not guarantee your individual progress, final skill level, or learning timeline. We provide a proven, highly structured instructional framework, but your ultimate real-world performance on the dance floor is your responsibility alone.The average student's results depend completely on the time spent practicing outside of formal class hours. Students who do not practice consistently or do not attend scheduled sessions regularly may not see significant or rapid skill advancement.

4.1. Inherent Physical Risks: Dancing is a demanding, full-body physical activity that involves strenuous movement, rapid turns, partner weight shifts, cardiovascular exertion, and immediate risk of physical injury.

Assumption of Health Status: By participating in our in-person group classes, local private lessons, social dance events, online courses, or digital memberships, you explicitly agree that you are in good physical health and have consulted a qualified physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular concerns, or joint injuries.

4.3. Absolute Release of Facility and Landlord Liability: Salsabor Tropical, Inc. (d.b.a. Step N Dance), its founder Tony Duarte, its instructional staff, and all owners, property managers, and landlords of the third-party rented venues where our classes take place are not liable or legally responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, slips, falls, or health issues that occur while practicing, executing, or learning our dance programs, whether inside a physical classroom or while practicing at home.
